Ava has a new way that she likes to sleep!Too cute! she looks like she was in the process of trying to stand up and fell asleep in the middle of it! Yesterday she was not wanting to go down for a nap which is a normal thing here these days. So i decided i would still try to get some things done around the house and let her play it out in her playpen in the living room. Des was home watching some tv after a full day of mowing yards and he took a nap on his chair. She played for twenty minutes just squealing and laughing! Then all of the sudden i did not hear any noise. I walked over very quiet and she was passed out in her playpen in the same position that she seems to fall asleep in lately! mid task or something!!!
Yesterday i was not really wanting to eat lunch. I had a cup of coffee and was just not hungry as i usually get when i drink coffee. But i decided i should eat something because i get really bad headaches when i skip lunch. And these days it is so hard to make a good meal to eat without going out. i don't have time usually because ava keeps me going just about all day! which i love by the way!! So i went to the kitchen when it was her time to eat and decided we would have lunch together. We had hotdogs from the National Night Out we hosted at our community so i just fixed two of those and a salad... trying not to feel bad about the hotdogs with a salad. Not sure why that makes me think it is better for me. i mean it is me just eating more. HA HA! anyway... it turned out really good actually ava and i had a lovely lunch together! Ava had cereal and corn!
For easter David and Stephen got ava a baylor outfit and it was a twelve month size!! Well she fits into twelve months and i decided that she should try it on and wear it today if it fit. well.........
I love the outfit! it makes me feel like fall! she looks so cute in it! and i have found out that making bows that match the outfits i buy is way cheaper than buying the bows. they are about 8 dollars for one... i can make 3 or more for that! can't beat it!!!
today she was so sleepy but was fighting it and i just knew that she needed to get a nap. so i put her in my lap to see if she would just at least relax! well this is about ten minutes after she was in my lap!!!

Ava has gotten to where she likes to climb on things to get as far up and she can. she stands on books blocks and pretty much anything she can find even....

She was playing in the floor today and was being so good! she loves this new book she got from a friend! it starts out with a baby and his mommy! she likes to find the baby.
She also loves water bottles and today she was wanting to share it with me!
and last for this afternoon we went outside for a walk! it was such a beautiful fall day!!! I love that it is getting colder! and ava is getting some cute fall clothing and i just love getting to dress her up in snuggly clothing!!!
